Cargo-Worthy Container vs Wind & Watertight Container
CW and WWT containers share many similarities, having both seen extensive use in maritime shipping over the years. However, they differ in quality grades: Cargo Worthy (CW) containers are Grade B, while Wind and Watertight (WWT) containers are Grade C. CW containers are generally in better condition and do not require repairs to pass CSC surveys, whereas WWT containers typically need repairs to meet CSC standards.
